WELCOME TO "A SHAUN CASSIDY SITE"

I know I have "neglected" this site for awhile and, for that, I apologize.  However, you will be seeing MAJOR changes around here soon!  Gone will be almost all references to the past.  Why, you may ask?  Well, when I first started this site almost 5 years ago, I set it out to be only about his current life as a writer/producer...I've gotten a bit off track.  So now all pages referring to Mr. Cassidy's past will be gone.  Also leaving are the individual pages on all the Cassidys.  I will still try and keep up on news about the family, but in a much less structured way.  I will also be archiving all pages about past shows and deleting a lot of information from the "Invasion" pages.  There's simply too much!

This is the ONLY site dedicated solely to Shaun Cassidy's work behind the camera as a writer/producer!  While you will find some photos of his days as a "teen idol" that is ALL you will find on this site from that time period.

Shaun Cassidy has grown up and moved on and so have we, his fans. 

This site will focus on his brilliant writing/producing and his creations which will, I am sure, leave their mark (as many already have).  From Roar, to American Gothic, to The Agency, to Cold Case and on to Invasion and anything new on the horizon -- any news/information will be culled here so that all fans of his career can go to one place and have a look around and see what this wonderful creative mind has in store for us.

If you would like to copy/take any information from this site to use on your own, I only ask that you PLEASE credit ASCS with the information/work and link back to the page on ASCS!

That being said, you will find no personal information about Shaun Cassidy on this website (okay, I WILL wish him a Happy Birthday once a year!).  I expect the vistors to my guestbook to do the same, and NOT post anything relating to his personal life (this extends to all members of the Cassidy family) on the Guestbook.  If you DO leave any information of a personal nature, it WILL BE DELETED!!!  

Also, this is an unofficial site.  As such, I have no contact with Shaun Cassidy or any member of the Cassidy family.

SHAUN CASSIDY BIOGRAPHY

Shaun Cassidy's writing and producing credits include creating the critically acclaimed series "Invasion," "American Gothic" and "Cover Me."  He also co-created the series "Roar" and "Players," and served as executive producer of "The Mountain" and "Cold Case."  His new series, "Ruby & The Rockits" will premiere on ABC Family on July 21, 2009. 

A former actor and recording artist, Cassidy began his career as a singer with sold-out concerts worldwide.  He has 20 gold and platinum albums to his credit.  As a young man, he starred in two television series, "The Hardy Boys Mysteries" and "Breaking Away," and later made his name in the theatre, appearing in numerous productions, including the West End production of "Bus Stop" and the Broadway productions of "Mass Appeal" and Blood Brothers."  Cassidy is the father of six children and lives in Los Angeles.
